Ms. Lisa Ibrahim is the Chief Financial Officer at ANSA Packaging Limited, bringing with her two decades of professional experience in varying sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, wholesale/ retail, technology as well as oil and gas. She has held positions, such as Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, Executive Leader -Supply Chain, Advisory Council Member and Director. Ms Ibrahim also led the consolidation of shared services for ANSA Pack and process improvement initiatives which resulted in business efficiencies. 

Ms. Ibrahim’s is ACCA Qualified and has enhanced her leadership skills through programs JMW, Emerging Leaders Program. Adding to this she also has a strong background in general management, supply chain, human resources, marketing, project control, information systems, treasury management, taxation, budgeting, management accounting and financial accounting. Her skills also include overseeing internal controls management and audits and has sharp business acumen and the ability to detect and investigate fraudulent transactions. Some of her significant accomplishments are mastery of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics D365, NAV, Great Plains, LS Retail, Reqlogic, Microsoft Office and Business Intelligent Applications.

 Ms. Ibrahim’s passions are employee coaching and development, and under her astute mentorship her team was able to reach and surpass internal KPIs and enjoy public recognition and celebration for their achievements. 

During her tenure with the ANSA McAL group Ms. Ibrahim was nominated for CFO of the year by EY Governance. Mrs. Ibrahim is also a well-respected member of her fraternity and works closely with her colleagues in ICATT and ANSA
